When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, you give us your name, email address and telephone number, and any message you choose to add. We use these details to reply to you and to keep you informed about Avon Mill. We do not sell them or use them for any other purpose.
Who we are
We are Trinity Capital (Limpley) Limited (company number 13264404, registered office 39 Hanson Road, Abingdon, England, OX14 1YL), the developer of Avon Mill and the data controller for the details you give us.
The information we hold
We hold only what you enter in the form, together with a record that you ticked the consent box, which must be ticked before the form can be sent. Our website host also keeps server logs for security.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to keep you informed about Avon Mill. You may ask us to stop at any time.
Who else receives it
Savills, our selling agent, also receives your enquiry through our enquiry inbox, so that it can follow up. Savills handles your enquiry under its own privacy notice.
Four providers handle your details on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database, held in the UK), Resend (email) and Google Workspace (our inboxes). All four are US companies, so your details may be processed in the United States. We do not share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while the homes are on sale and for a reasonable time afterwards. If you ask us to delete them, we will do so.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop using them, at any time. To do so, email info@avon-mill.co.uk. We will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab)).
